Doesn’t it sometimes feel like the whole world is watching us and judging our every move? Kind of exhausting, eh? Maybe, just maybe, we are really the ones doing the judging.

Perhaps we should just put it in neutral and reassess. We need time to understand the real situation instead of jumping to conclusions.
“…got to be more than flesh and bone, all that you’ve loved is all you own.”***
So, when we find ourselves worrying about what we can’t control, perhaps we owe it to ourselves to remember what’s really important. We can definitely control how we feel about the important people in our lives. If we focus on the people we love, how can we really feel threatened or worry for even a minute?
