Adrian Rufo

Recruiter

Adrian serves as a Recruiter for McDermott + Bull Interim Leaders where he sources, screens, and qualifies consultants whose backgrounds align with the scope of the firm’s critical engagements. Throughout the process of an engagement, he supports consultants by scheduling interviews as well as conducting debriefs, bi-weekly check-ins, and exit interviews.

Prior to joining the firm, Adrian lived in Thailand for a year, where he taught English at the primary and secondary levels. During his undergraduate career, he became Recruitment Chair and President of the University of Oregon’s chapter of the Theta Chi fraternity. This experience taught him valuable skills related to leadership, listening, and collaborating.

Adrian graduated from the University of Oregon with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in law. His favorite thing to do is to travel, and he has already visited six continents. Adrian has a continued goal of visiting one or two new countries every year.
