This executive leader search was led by James Hickey, Senior Managing Director. The company is a family owned and operated business and in the process of transitioning its leadership team. The Interim Executive Consultant is currently responsible for evaluating the current leadership, making recommendations for the transition process, and building a roadmap for the company to successfully transition and continue to be poised for growth.
The interim leader has over twenty years as a leader in family-owned and Private Equity growth organizations and has worked with companies through management changes and succession planning.
