Jeff Black

Jeff Black serves as a Partner at McDermott + Bull and is part of the firm’s Consumer Brands and Education, Non-Profit, + Public Entities Practices, based in Irvine, CA. Jeff brings over 20 years of experience in helping companies realize an ideal fit, based on culture and values. Jeff’s clients consist of culturally rich and socially responsible companies and nonprofit organizations, including H&S Ventures (Honda Center and Anaheim Ducks), PRIDE Industries, and Orange County Goodwill.

Prior to joining McDermott + Bull, Jeff served as Vice President of Commercial Services for Raytheon Technical Services Company, a $2B global services subsidiary of the Raytheon Company, and a leading manufacturer of aerospace, defense, and information systems products.

Jeff received a bachelor’s degree in business management and a Master of Business Administration in finance, both from California State University, Fullerton. His purpose in his personal support of the nonprofit community is to mobilize increased volunteerism among Orange County professionals to serve nonprofit and charitable organizations. He currently serves in a variety of capacities at OneOC, where he had previously been a member of the Board of Directors. Additionally, he is a founding member of the Board of Advisors for the Institute for Community Impact, serves on the Santa Ana Community Task Force, and is active in promoting community collaboratives to rally community members and organizations toward solving unmet needs. Previously, he had also been the Co-Founder of DifferenceMakersOC.

Jeff is married with two adult children and one grandchild and resides in Yorba Linda, California.
