Ms. Blanton has been an accounting professional for nearly 25 years. She has held roles both in public and private organizations and has most recently been consulting. Before joining Ducommun, she served as the Director of External Reporting for Edison Mission Energy in Irvine, CA. Laurie has also held roles as a Financial Reporting Consultant as well as a Vice President of Corporate Accounting.
Ms. Blanton obtained her Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Michigan, graduating with High Distinction Honors.
