Ms. Rodriguez has over 15 years of Human Resources leadership experience that has covered multiple functions within Human Resources; including recruiting, equal opportunity and diversity, strategic planning and training. She served as a Human Resources leader with the Los Angeles Dodgers organization, which was very aligned with her new role with the Honda Center/Anaheim Ducks. Prior to joining the Honda Center/Anaheim Ducks, Ms. Rodriguez served as Principal and Founder of Mirelle Management Resources, Inc., a boutique Human Resources and Financial Management firm.

Ms. Rodriguez obtained her Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California, followed by her Masters in Business Administration from Claremont Graduate University. She is certified in Human Resources Management, and is also a Certified Connective Leadership Practitioner.
