IRVINE, California, June 7, 2012 – McDermott & Bull, a Southern California-based retained executive search firm, announced today the successful appointment of Ms. Phyllis Abrams as Director of Sales & Business Development with Plasma Ruggedized Solutions based in San Jose, California.
This executive recruiting engagement was conducted by Rod McDermott, Managing Partner at McDermott & Bull Executive Search.
Ms. Abrams is a sales leader with over 30 years of experience in managing and directing teams to meet and exceed sales goals. She most recently worked with Spirent Communications from 2006 to 2011 as the General Manager/Director of Sales for the North American. Ms. Abrams was also responsible for the operational financial plan, forecasting customer demand, managing the customer service departments, and improving processes and procedures to insure profitable growth.
Ms. Abrams received her Bachelors of Arts in Mathematics from Rutgers University.
