Ms. Rumfield has over 15 years of experience in leadership roles within senior living communities. For the first ten years of Ms. Rumfield’s professional career, she managed health clubs and led Sales & Marketing in Texas for a private owner. In 1997, she joined Emeritus Senior Living as a Marketing Director and over the course of 13 years, she was promoted several times, serving as an Administrator, Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, Regional Operations Specialist, Regional Director of Operations, and finally, Vice President of Operations. In the past five years, Ms. Rumfield has served as Regional Director of Operations for both Elmcroft Senior Living, starting in 2011, and Sagora Senior Living, starting in 2013. With her strong Sales & Marketing foundation coupled with her extensive Operations experience, spanning from Independent Living through Assisted Living including Memory Care, Ms. Rumfield will prove to be a valuable asset to Silverado. Ms. Rumfield earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from American InterContinental University.
