IRVINE, LOS ANGELES, PLEASANTON, RIVERSIDE, California and DENVER, Colorado, August 28, 2008 – McDermott & Bull, Southern California’s premier executive search firm, announced today the successful appointment of Ms. Rita Bettino as the Senior Marketing Manager of PepsiCo’s largest account, Taco Bell.

Prior to this position, Bettino was the Brands Business Manager for successful winery and spirits provider, Brown-Forman. She prioritized key markets and channels for developing brands and new product wine and spirits launches and worked with multi-functional teams to develop strategic brand plans. She was awarded Brown-Forman’s citations for superb resource allocation and point of purchase excellence and was a member of the team that won Division of the Year for Fiscal 2005 and 2006.
Bettino received a dual Bachelor’s of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from Boston College and her Masters of Business Administration in Marketing and General Management from Duke University.
