McDermott + Bull has been engaged to lead the search for the University of Saskatchewan’s Vice-Provost, Teaching, Learning, and Student Experience. This search will be led by McDermott + Bull Principal Alex Verdecchia and Senior Consultant Brittany Stansfield.

The University of Saskatchewan (USask) is one of Canada’s top research-intensive universities and home to world-leading research centres in areas of global importance including the Global Institute for Water Security, Global Institute for Food Security, Sylvia Fedoruk Centre for Nuclear Innovation, Canadian Light Source synchrotron, and the Vaccine and Infectious Disease Organization (VIDO-InterVac). The main campus is located in the vibrant city of Saskatoon on Treaty 6 territory and the traditional homeland of the Métis.

The Vice-Provost, Teaching, Learning, and Student Experience provides inspirational and visionary leadership for academic innovation at the University of Saskatchewan. In partnership with the Provost and in concert with other members of the University’s senior leadership team, the VPTLSE will support the University’s strategic direction and ensure the successful implementation of the University’s Integrated Plan in areas tied to students, teaching, and learning.
