This interim executive leader search was led by James Hickey, Senior Managing Director. The company is in the process of being acquired by a Private Equity group and required a CFO in place who could transition from the current ownership to leading the organization after the acquisition. The interim leader is currently responsible for setting the new entity to be positioned for growth and with the opportunity to expand globally. Our team is also working on all aspects of the organization to improve current processes and procedures.
The interim leader has over twenty-five years as a leader in Private Equity growth companies and public companies with multi-location facilities.
