IRVINE, California, May 8, 2017 – McDermott & Bull, one of the largest executive search firms within the Hunt Scanlon Top 50 Recruiters list, as well as one of Forbes’ Best Executive Recruiting Firms, has been retained by Golden State Foods Liquid Products Manufacturing Group to lead their search for a Vice President of Operations.
This executive recruiting engagement is being conducted by the fit Team at McDermott & Bull, which includes Jeff Black, Partner; Jason Pinegar, Associate Principal Consultant; Trey Mullen, Associate Consultant; and Kelly Nguyen, Executive Search Associate; as well as Shree Thakarar, Senior Recruiting Associate.
The Vice President of Operations will provide leadership and direction for all GSF operations activities within the City of Industry, CA manufacturing facility and will ensure the attainment of all quality, cost, timeliness, safety and customer satisfaction objectives and company financial and growth goals. This leader will direct, through subordinate management, an operations staff of approximately 500 employees and will also direct projects with significant financial and strategic impact. This role will also call for the managing of critical, highly sensitive external relationships.
