IRVINE, California, June 19, 2018 – McDermott & Bull is pleased to announce the successful appointment of Phil Orin as Chief Information Officer with TestEquity, a premier value-added distributor of electronic test and measurement solutions and eMRO tools and supplies.
This executive recruiting engagement was conducted by Chris Bull, Managing Partner; Craig Lipus, Partner; Rob Gross, Principal Consultant; and Garrett Lipus, Principal Consultant at McDermott & Bull. According to Bull, “Phil brings a unique skillset and impressive accomplishments to the organization. Orin is a strong IT executive who has led both system implementations and post-acquisition integrations over the course of his career. He joined Ixia as Director of Enterprise Applications, where he built the apps team and created twelve new applications before being promoted to Vice President of IT. In this role, Orin led a 6-month Oracle implementation and was involved as part of the management team in the sale of the company to Keysight.
