McDermott + Bull has placed Roger Estrada as Head of Enterprise Project Management at Valley Strong Credit Union. In this newly created role, Roger will own the oversight, management, and cultivation of all projects across the entire organization in a manner that is reflective of Valley Strong’s organizational culture and standards. He will be called upon to partner across all functions enterprise-wide to manage and refine the execution of the organization’s strategic initiatives to increase efficiencies and minimize risk.

Roger joins Valley Strong Credit Union from LPL Financial, where he served as the head of their project management office. Prior to LPL, he led technical program management at Palm Tree Investments, a boutique investment bank, and from 1997 to 2015, he served in project and operational roles for Qualcomm. Roger earned his bachelor’s degree from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and his MBA from the University of Nebraska. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has earned a Scrum Master Certification and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
