Serge Spoelstra serves as a Principal Consultant at McDermott + Bull Europe, focusing on providing clients a creative, empathic, results driven approach to build relationships between candidates and clients.

Prior to joining McDermott + Bull, Serge brings over 20 years of experience in executive search, business development, executive coaching, team building and sports.

Serge earned his masters in international sports management at the Johan Cruijff Institute.
