McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Kristin Bushong as Assistant Controller at Mechanix Wear. In this role, Kristin will play a key part in strengthening the company’s accounting infrastructure as it scales. Reporting to the Controller, she will oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and systems optimization while partnering cross-functionally to support audit readiness, operational accuracy, and long-term financial integrity.
Kristin brings more than 15 years of accounting leadership experience across public and private sectors. She most recently served as Corporate Accounting Manager at Vestis Corporation, formerly Aramark Uniform Services, where she led complex system integrations, external reporting, and post-M&A accounting transitions. She played a pivotal role in designing and deploying Oracle GL and Hyperion reporting systems and was recognized as the organization’s lead for systems and reporting transformation. Earlier in her career, Kristin held progressive finance roles at Aramark, spanning senior accountant to financial reporting manager.
