Executive Recruiter

Juliet Kimble serves as an Executive Recruiter at McDermott + Bull, where she partners with clients and candidates throughout the executive search process. In this role, she supports search strategy and execution by conducting market research, identifying and engaging executive talent, managing candidate pipelines, and contributing to successful search outcomes. 

Prior to joining McDermott + Bull, Juliet served as an Executive Search Analyst at Marlin Hawk, where she supported executive search engagements across the Industrial, Financial Services, Legal, and Technology sectors. She partnered closely with consultants and client partners to conduct market mapping, source and assess executive talent, prepare candidate presentations, and provide market intelligence that informed search strategy. Earlier in her tenure, she also served as a Business Support Administrator, gaining valuable experience managing complex search logistics, coordinating candidate and client communications, and supporting executive search operations from kickoff through placement.

Juliet holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Ithaca College and a Master’s degree in Classical Acting from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts. Having lived and studied in both New York and London, she brings a global perspective to her work. Based in New York City, Juliet enjoys traveling, exploring new cities, spending time with family and friends, and is an avid animal lover.
