Senior Executive Recruiter

Gracie serves as a Senior Executive Recruiter at McDermott + Bull and is based in Los Angeles. In this role, she leads candidate research and recruiting efforts and oversees pipeline strategy and flow to deliver world-class execution to clients. Gracie brings a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to search, leveraging her extensive recruiting experience to identify high-impact leaders who align with the strategic priorities and long-term growth objectives of the organizations she serves.

Prior to joining McDermott + Bull, Gracie served as a Senior Executive Recruiter at Groupe Insearch, where she led executive search engagements across a range of industries. Previously, she held recruiting roles at SPMB Executive Search, Hospitality Confidential, and Mondo, supporting searches across the technology, consumer, hospitality, and professional services sectors. Her experience spans both retained executive search and specialized recruiting, with a focus on identifying and engaging high-impact talent.

Gracie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Loyola Marymount University, where she competed as an NCAA Division I water polo athlete. Outside of work, she is actively involved in her community and enjoys cooking, stand-up paddleboarding, yoga, and visiting local communities with her licensed therapy dog.
