Katie Harris 

HUMAN RESOURCES + OPERATIONS MANAGER

Katie Harris serves as Human Resources + Operations Manager for McDermott + Bull, supporting internal operations, human resources initiatives, and employee experience efforts across the firm. In this role, she helps drive organizational efficiency, operational coordination, and people-focused processes that support the firm’s continued growth.

Katie joins the firm from Trinity Property Consultants, where she held leadership roles across talent acquisition, payroll, and benefits administration. Most recently, she served as Payroll and Benefits Manager, overseeing payroll operations, benefits administration, leave management, ACA compliance, and employee support initiatives. Earlier in her tenure, she led recruiting efforts across corporate, multifamily, and construction functions, supporting hiring initiatives for accounting and finance, human resources, marketing, IT, operations, and facilities leadership roles. 

Originally from Dana Point, California, Katie enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two children. A former collegiate tennis player, she enjoys staying active, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
