Sue will play a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s East Coast office, including social impact, diversity and inclusion and corporate foundation practices.

Sue has an impressive record of success in executive search, including her tenure as Vice President of a New York boutique-firm where she specialized in the recruitment of senior leadership across functional disciplines to national non-profit organizations. She has become a trusted advisor to senior executives and trustees on hiring leaders and developing corporate culture. This is highlighted through her partnerships with multiple organizations, including Environmental Defense Fund, National Audubon Society, Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation, United Way of NYC, Make A Wish Metro and Western New York.
Prior to her career in search, Sue spent two decades in senior sales positions within the emerging market finance sector working for Deutsche Bank and as Vice President at Goldman Sachs where she created lasting relationships with her clients at mutual funds and hedge funds.
