IRVINE, California, January 8, 2019 – Executive search firm McDermott & Bull has placed Neville Kadimi as the new Vice President of Finance and Accounting for Diamond Wipes International in Chino, CA. The successful placement comes after a Southern California wide search was conducted for an accounting and finance leader with extensive third-party logistics (“3PL”) experience.

The executive search was conducted by Managing Partner, Chris Bull; Sara Pizarro, Executive Recruiter; and Steve Curran, Recruiting Associate at McDermott & Bull. According to the search team’s lead, Chris Bull, “Neville has an engaging personality and has an impressive skill set as a finance and accounting leader. We are confident in the contribution he will make at Diamond Wipes and its Private Equity sponsor, Nolan Capital.”

As the head of accounting and finance, Kadimi will report directly to the president and will play an integral role in the day-to-day operations, strategy planning, forecasting, and budgeting for Diamond Wipes. He will also be responsible for overseeing all cost accounting for the organization’s facilities in California and Ohio. His outstanding finance background coupled with his deep experience in manufacturing, logistics, and 3PL made him the ideal choice to oversee the organization’s finance and accounting activities.

Prior to joining Diamond Wipes, Kadimi held senior finance positions at Port Logistics Group, Gibraltar Industries, and Packaging Plus. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Accounting from San Diego State University and his Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.

About Diamond Wipes International

For more than two decades, Diamond Wipes International has been proudly making wet wipes in the USA at their southern California and central Ohio factories. What started as a one-person operation in 1994 by a woman who had just immigrated from Taiwan – selling hand wipes to Chinese restaurants in and around Los Angeles – is now the largest wet wipe manufacturer to the west of the Rockies.

With the combined 1/4 million sq. ft. of production and warehousing spaces, Diamond Wipes now contract manufactures fast-moving consumer goods for some of America’s top 50 household and personal care companies, as well as top 50 global beauty brands including national, food, mass and drug retailers.

Staying true to the company’s founding spirit and the belief that an American Dream is still possible, they continue to be a women-owned and operated small business, assembling all of their disposable wipe products in the United States.
