McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Larry Lacefield as Chief Operating Officer at private equity-backed Medical Technology Associates (MTA). Larry joins MTA as the company experiences rapid growth, both organically and through multiple acquisitions. Acting as a key partner to the CEO and the board, he will lead acquisition integration efforts and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the expanding organization.
Larry is an experienced service operations leader with strong organizational change and cross-functional management capabilities. Throughout his career, he has held notable executive positions with NuVasive, Telgian, and Health Recon Connect and has gained experience specifically in naval medical operations and training and command.
Medical Technology Associates is private equity-backed by PNC Riverarch Capital and is the largest single-source healthcare compliance company with over three decades of experience. The company offers a wide array of medical gas services and equipment, environmental monitoring and clean room/hood services to healthcare facilities, pharmacies, laboratories and mechanical engineers across the United States and throughout the Caribbean.
