McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Adrienne Lawson as the Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Compliance at PRIDE Industries. Adrienne will be responsible for significantly advancing the organization’s Diversity and Inclusion (D+I) practices across their enterprise. She will serve as a key human resources leader to spearhead the company’s D+I initiatives while overseeing the compliance function and furthering the company’s mission to become an even more valuable contributor to society.
Adrienne has extensive experience leading D+I initiatives in multiple organizations throughout her career. In addition to her functional capabilities, she also possesses a deep passion for D+I initiatives, as well as the personal engagement and influence skills needed to lead the process of change in a large organization.
Headquartered in Roseville, California with over 5,000 employees, PRIDE Industries has been one of the largest employers of adults with disabilities in the United States since 1966. This large nonprofit prepares people with disabilities for employment and to live more independent lives. They provide the expertise needed to assist individuals in overcoming challenges with skills development, employment, or successful community integration.
