McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Yuriy Shved as Director, Transaction Advisory Services at MNP. Reporting to the Managing Director of Western Canada, Yuriy will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of proficient due diligence and quality of earnings assignments. Additionally, he will contribute to business development initiatives and foster relationships while providing management support of the Western Canadian team.
With over 15 years of extensive experience in finance, corporate development, and M&A advisory, Yuriy has established himself as a trusted expert in the industry. He specializes in a wide range of areas including project management, due diligence, completion mechanisms, and M&A disputes resolution. Yuriy is a highly accomplished finance professional with a Master of Finance and certifications as an FCCA, CPA, and CGA.
