Jeff will lead the next stages of growth and development for the organization and drive progressive initiatives in production, working to expand the company’s client base.
Jeff has experience working in both large companies and small family-owned businesses. He is a chemical engineer by trade who built a strong foundation in the rubber industry before moving into successful sales and General Manager roles in the aerospace industry. This combination makes him an ideal fit for Micro-Tronics from a technical standpoint, and his strong track-record in leadership success cemented his position as the top choice for the President role.
