McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Marcin Samiec as Vice President, Business Transformation at Kandor Management Corporation. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, Marcin will lead a cross-functional team responsible for designing and leading strategic initiatives aimed at transforming the organization’s business operations to achieve long-term goals and objectives. His focus will include process improvement, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness across all functional areas.

Marcin brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of executing large-scale transformation programs across various industries. He has previously held leadership roles at notable companies such as TraceSafe Technologies, SHAPE Properties, and Fresh Tracks Canada, where he spearheaded significant digital transformation initiatives and M&A integrations. Marcin’s dynamic leadership and hands-on approach have enabled him to deliver top-and-bottom-line results, ensuring organizations remain competitive and innovative in rapidly evolving markets.
