McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Rhea Antoine as Vice President of Global Quality at Panasonic Avionics Corporation. Rhea will lead a global organization of quality professionals through a phase of significant growth as the company experiences serious demand post-pandemic. She will also be critical in ensuring clients’ needs are met in a highly regulated aerospace environment.
Rhea began her career as an engineer at John Deere and quickly progressed into quality leadership roles, achieving an array of operational excellence and quality improvement goals. She later spent seven years at Collins Aerospace, most recently serving as the Vice President of Customer Quality and Supplier Quality across the entire multi-national company.
Panasonic Avionics Corporation is the leading provider of in-flight entertainment and connectivity solutions to airlines worldwide. Based in Southern California with locations throughout the globe, the company serves more than 2.7 billion passengers every year through their solutions.
