McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Dena Truelove as Vice President of Human Resources (VPHR) at Inari Medical. In her new role, Dena will develop and execute a human capital strategy that drives business success by increasing employee engagement, decreasing employee turnover, and ensuring that skills and talent are available at all levels of the organization to meet the evolving needs of Inari Medical as well as ongoing industry trends. She will provide strategic vision, ensure tactical and data-driven execution, and provide the leadership necessary to support and enhance the company’s culture, mission, and trajectory. As a stellar human resources professional, Dena has proven experience delivering maximum value to matrix organizations by leveraging project management and business acumen skills. Most recently, she served as Vice President and Head of Human Resources, Advanced Technology and Law at Edwards Lifesciences, and she was a Director of Human Resources at Stryker prior. Dena earned a B.A. in sociology and B.S. in psychology from Western Michigan University; she also received an MBA in human resources management from University of Phoenix. (NARI) is a commercial-stage medical device company focused on developing products to treat and transform the lives of patients suffering from venous diseases. Inari’s current product offerings consist of two minimally-invasive, novel catheter-based mechanical thrombectomy systems, which are purpose-built for the specific characteristics of the venous system and the treatment of the two distinct manifestations of venous thromboembolism: deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism.
