McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Alan Kinsella as Vice President of Operations at Mission Critical Electronics, LLC (MCE). Along with driving operational improvement initiatives, Alan will be responsible for sourcing, planning, manufacturing, testing, distribution, and service and repair functions. He will also drive improved customer experience, operational efficiency, and margin improvement, as well as create and deploy global business objectives, policies, and programs integrated across all functional areas of the supply chain.
Alan is an experienced operations leader that transforms organizations through operational excellence. With a strong background, his robust experience has lent him a much bigger toolbox than most. He began his career with roles in engineering, plant management, and operations, where he had direct ownership of facilities. He was eventually asked to step into a value-add, operational excellence position at Danaher, where he had the opportunity to take the organization to another level. More recently, Alan served as Vice President of Operational Excellence at Ducommun, Inc. Alan earned his Bachelor of Science in computer engineering and industrial electronics from the University of Limerick, Ireland.
