McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Adam Szychowski as the Senior Director, Sales for Advanced Circuits, Inc. (ACI). Adam will drive team performance and accountability with both outside and inside sales teams. He will build and maintain strong relationships with strategic target customers and key distribution partners, while working closely with the inside sales teams in Tempe, AZ and Maple Grove, MN. Adam will lead continuous improvement efforts, bringing ACI through its next critical phase of growth.
Adam is an experienced sales leader who prides himself on providing a high level of customer service and producing high rates of customer satisfaction. Adam excels in leading and driving processes, as well as empowering and supporting his peers to implement them. Adam has a proven track record in finding creative and mutually beneficial solutions for the good of the customer, while achieving profitability and exceeding expectations. Adam earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration from the Metropolitan State University of Denver.
ACI was founded in 1989 and is the leading quick-turn printed circuit board manufacturer in North America, specializing in both Quick-Turn, Small Quantity PCBs and Production quantities. ACI currently has three U.S. manufacturing locations totaling 180,000 square feet. The corporate headquarters is located in Aurora, CO, with two additional facilities located in Chandler, AZ, and Maple Grove, MN.
