McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Jeff Faxon as the Vice President of Customer Success for CUBEX. Jeff will be reporting to the President of MedBank Medical Solutions, a division of CUBEX, and will be responsible for working with CUBEX’s executive leadership, professional services, support, product and integration development, and client partner teams. As a cohesive unit, they will manage institutional pharmacy, healthcare facility, standalone medical, ambulatory care, and strategic client programs and projects.
Prior to joining CUBEX, Jeff was the Vice President of Customer Operations at TruClear Global and the Vice President of Customer Success at Enervee. Over the course of his career, Jeff has expanded systems and process, maximized retention of accounts, and delivered significant value and growth through contract renewals and account expansion.
