Garrett Lipus serves as a Partner at McDermott + Bull and is part of the firm’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice, based in San Diego, CA. He focuses on serving privately held organizations, public companies, and private equity firms that have an investment focus in healthcare or life sciences. 

Garrett recruits C-Suite and other senior-level executives across multiple functional areas within an organization. His ability to understand and assess the underlying business and unique culture in each search assignment, coupled with his success in identifying, attracting, and placing outstanding talent, has allowed him to be a trusted advisor to his clients and candidates.

He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of San Diego and was a member of the school’s Division I Golf team. He lives in San Diego with his wife, Rebecca, and their three kids, Carter, Landon, and Palmer.
