McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Jason Bates as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Alpine Building Maintenance. As a member of the company’s leadership team, Jason will be both a strategic and hands-on leader, where he will be responsible for creating and managing a robust national sales and marketing strategy and building and leading a sales team.
Jason has several years of experience in the outsourced real estate services industry, where he led strategic marketing, sales, and business development initiatives for industry-leading companies. He brings an entrepreneurial and driven mindset, as well as demonstrable experience implementing operational efficiencies and driving sustainable business growth. He has successfully built teams that outperform business objectives and is excited to contribute to Alpine Building Maintenance’s growing presence across Canada.
