Mackenzie is a Research Associate for McDermott + Bull Canada, where she is responsible for candidate and market research, project coordination, content creation and review, assisting in search execution, and supporting M+B Canada’s Partners and Principals.
Mackenzie’s experience is broad-ranging. She served as an AmeriCorps member for the educational non-profit City Year, based in Boston, MA. Mackenzie’s final role as Project Coordinator for City Year entailed traveling across the U.S. leading service events for corporate Partners of City Year. Before that, Mackenzie spent six months as an AmeriCorps member mentoring and assisting 3rd-grade students in Boston. During undergrad, she interned at a journalism firm based in Bosnia + Herzegovina and Oxfam America in Boston. Mackenzie also interned in human resources and talent acquisition for a Boston-based investment firm.
Mackenzie holds a Master of Management from the University of British Columbia, Sauder School of Business, where she was the VP of Events for her graduating cohort. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science + International Affairs from Northeastern University in Boston, where she graduated highest honors, summa cum laude, and was awarded the “Experiential Education Award.”
In her free time, Mackenzie enjoys writing, traveling and playing volleyball.
