Corey Paquette

Corey Paquette serves as a Consultant at McDermott + Bull, based in Vancouver, BC where he supports Managing Directors with candidate research and recruiting, pipeline management and flow, and performance feedback.
Before joining McDermott + Bull, he spent 3 years at an international search firm focusing on senior level placements for education and non-profit organizations in Canada and the United States. Prior to working in executive search, he was a human resources coordinator for a Canadian PE-backed retail company in Toronto.
Originally from Northern Ontario, Corey completed his bachelor of arts degree from the University of Guelph and received a master of industrial relations and human resources at the University of Toronto. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, hiking, and anything that keeps him active.
