McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Julianna Uresch as Senior Director of Upstream Marketing at Vista.ai. In this role, Julianna will lead product strategy and market development for Vista.ai’s AI-powered MRI platform, Vista Cardiac, and future applications across new anatomical areas. She will serve as the voice of the customer, guiding cross-functional teams through the development and expansion of next-generation imaging technologies that enhance diagnostic accuracy and improve patient throughput.

Julianna brings over a decade of experience in medical imaging marketing and product management, with a career spanning leadership roles at Olympus, GE Healthcare, and Heidelberg Engineering. Most recently, she served as Senior Product Manager at Olympus, where she led the successful U.S. launch of the Orbi exoscope, a breakthrough surgical visualization device used in brain and spine procedures. Prior to that, she directed global marketing operations at GE Healthcare’s MRI division, overseeing a global customer experience center and strategic product initiatives. Julianna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Imaging from Stuttgart, Germany, and a Master of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris.
