McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Scott Cooper as President at J&M Products. In this executive leadership role, Scott will oversee day-to-day operations across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, sales, and business development. He will lead performance improvement initiatives, implement scalable systems and KPIs, and drive a high-accountability culture while supporting post-acquisition integration and long-term operational excellence.
Scott brings more than 25 years of experience leading complex manufacturing organizations within the aerospace sector. Most recently, he served as General Manager at Quantic UTC/Eulex, where he drove a 91% increase in sales, launched three new product lines, and led the implementation of a state-of-the-art ISO Class 7 cleanroom. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Precision Castparts Corp., serving as General Manager at both PB Fasteners and Klune Industries, where he led multi-site operations with full P&L responsibility and drove significant improvements in safety, productivity, and financial performance.
