Sebastian brings over a decade of executive search experience advising senior leadership teams within complex, global consumer-driven businesses. Most recently, he served as Senior Partner and Head of Consumer Markets, North America at a global search firm, where he led regional strategy, executive search delivery, and cross-border mandates spanning diverse consumer markets and adjacent industries. A trusted advisor to founders, private equity sponsors, family offices, and Fortune 500 organizations, he has placed C-suite and enterprise-critical executives while partnering with investors on succession planning and value creation initiatives across portfolio companies.
