McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Mike Allen as Chief Executive Officer at Parts for Trucks. Mike will report to the Board of Directors and will be responsible for driving the company’s strategic vision, leading national expansion, enhancing operational performance, and advancing digital transformation initiatives to support continued growth and value creation.
Mike is an accomplished executive leader with more than 20 years of experience in industrial distribution, operations, and supply chain management. He most recently served as President, Canada at Applied Industrial Technologies, where he led a nationwide business with full P&L responsibility, overseeing significant revenue growth, operational improvements, and multiple successful acquisitions. Prior to this role, he held several progressive leadership positions within the organization, including Vice President roles across Central, Eastern, and national operations. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Hewitt Equipment Limited and Allen & Sons Limited. Mike holds an Executive MBA from McGill-HEC Montréal and a Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University.
