Gino brings more than 20 years of executive search and recruitment experience. Throughout his career, he has worked within global executive search firms, built and led his own search business, and recruited from within two of the world’s largest technology companies. He advises privately held companies, private equity firms, and portfolio companies on executive search engagements across the industrial sector, partnering with organizations to identify leaders who drive operational excellence, innovation, and long-term growth.
