Managing Director, Executive Search

Gino Trapani serves as a Managing Director at McDermott + Bull and is part of the firm’s Industrial, Manufacturing + Distribution Practice, based in Seattle. Gino partners with privately held companies, private equity firms, and portfolio companies on executive search engagements within the industrial sector with an emphasis on manufacturing and industrial technology, including industrial equipment & machinery, factory automation & systems integration, robotics & machine vision, and industrial software.

Gino has more than 20 years of executive search and recruitment experience. Over his career, he has worked inside global executive search firms, built and operated his own search business, and recruited from within two of the world’s largest technology companies. This breadth of experience provides him with a practical understanding of executive hiring from multiple perspectives while partnering with organizations across a broad range of industries and stages of growth.

Gino earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Central Washington University and lives in the Seattle area with his family. Outside of work, Gino has spent many years coaching youth sports in his local community.
