McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Peter Walsh as Chief Financial Officer at HighGrove Partners. In this role, Peter will lead the company’s financial strategy, reporting, capital management, and acquisition integration efforts. He will partner closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the private equity sponsor to strengthen financial infrastructure, drive operational efficiencies, and support the company’s continued expansion through strategic acquisitions and organic growth.
Peter brings extensive financial and operational leadership experience across private equity-backed business services, industrial, and manufacturing organizations, with expertise spanning financial transformation, M&A, capital strategy, EBITDA growth, and operational improvement. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Solid Surface Care, where he helped double EBITDA through margin expansion, cost optimization, pricing improvements, and strategic acquisitions. Previously, Peter served as Regional Vice President at Pritchard Industries and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at ATALIAN Global Services, where he led operational transformations, strengthened financial controls, improved cash flow, and supported business integrations and exit readiness. Earlier in his career, he held Group Chief Financial Officer roles at ITL Group and Servest Group.
HighGrove Partners is a commercial landscaping services platform focused on delivering recurring exterior maintenance solutions to commercial clients across the Southeastern United States. Headquartered in Austell, Georgia, the company provides landscape maintenance, turf care, seasonal enhancements, irrigation management, and other exterior property services. HighGrove is focused on expanding its regional presence through strategic acquisitions, operational integration, and continued investment in service quality.
