Michael Sesker
VICE PRESIDENT, EXECUTIVE SEARCH
Michael Sesker serves as a Vice President at McDermott + Bull working alongside Co-Founder + Managing Partner Chris Bull, and is based in Denver, CO. Michael supports the execution of searches, client management, and business development for the practice.
Prior to McDermott + Bull, Michael worked with two national search firms in their manufacturing, supply chain, and operations divisions. He founded a national supply chain practice and rolled out training across the company, including Lean Six Sigma, market trends, logistics management, operations management, procurement, Kaizen, and distribution. He started his career in supply chain at HNI where he completed a rotational program developing his understanding of manufacturing, logistics, operations, and distribution. In this role, Michael also discovered his passion for team growth and development, leading him to pursue a career in executive recruitment.
Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in logistics, materials, and supply chain management from Iowa State University. He enjoys traveling with his wife and playing competitive sports.
