Alyssa serves as a Senior Executive Recruiter for McDermott + Bull, where she focuses specifically on the Aerospace + Defense Practice. Her responsibilities include candidate research and recruiting; pipeline management and candidate flow; as well as performance feedback.
Prior to McDermott + Bull, Alyssa served as a Senior Staffing Consultant for Beacon Hill Staffing Group’s Finance and Accounting Department. During her tenure, she was consistently recognized within the firm’s Top 5 Recruiter list in the Finance Department nationwide.
Alyssa received her bachelor’s degree in human resources management from Michigan State University and currently resides in downtown Chicago.
