Ben Morris serves as a Senior Executive Recruiter at McDermott + Bull and works across the firm’s Finance and Industrial practices. In this role, he leads candidate research and recruiting efforts and oversees pipeline strategy and flow to deliver world-class execution to clients. Ben brings a thoughtful, intelligence-driven approach to search, ensuring each engagement is aligned with the strategic priorities and long-term growth objectives of the organizations he serves.

Prior to joining McDermott + Bull, Ben served as a Senior Associate at Marlin Hawk, a global executive search and leadership advisory firm. There, he supported executive search and strategic intelligence initiatives across the technology, financial services, consumer, and industrial industries. His experience working across sectors and geographies strengthened his ability to identify high-impact leaders and contribute to complex, cross-border search assignments. While at the University of Georgia, Ben was a member of the football staff, where he spent three years working in the Recruiting and Personnel department.

A lifelong Atlanta resident, Ben brings a strong sense of community and a relationship-oriented mindset to his work with clients and candidates. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and, outside of work, enjoys watching sports, playing golf, working out, traveling, cooking, and spending time outdoors.
