Caitlin Dillon
HR + Operations coordinator
Caitlin serves as HR + Operations Coordinator for McDermott + Bull, where she leads operations, technology, and human resources initiatives for the firm.
Prior to her role at the firm, Caitlin worked in organizational development, human resources, and operations for technology company, Bluon. Her responsibilities spanned a wide range of HR functions, including developing personalized employee training, onboarding, and relations, as well as performance management. She worked closely with every department to enhance communication channels and foster positive relationships between management and staff.
Caitlin received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Minnesota. She currently resides in Riverside, California with her fiancé and her dog, Rigley.
