Chris Clarke serves as Managing Director at McDermott + Bull Interim Leaders, based in Chicago, Illinois. Chris partners with C-suite leaders and private equity sponsors to place experienced interim executives who help organizations address complex business challenges, stabilize operations, and execute key strategic priorities.

Chris brings nearly a decade of experience in executive consulting, interim leadership, and enterprise talent solutions, working closely with senior leadership teams to deliver experienced executives during critical business moments. Prior to joining McDermott + Bull Interim Leaders, he served as a Client Service Partner at Tatum, a Randstad company, where he advised C-suite leaders and investors on identifying leadership gaps, supporting transaction-related initiatives, and driving operational improvement through interim leadership solutions. He has significant experience partnering with private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, helping organizations strengthen operations and execute important business priorities across a wide range of industries.

Chris lives in the Western Suburbs of Chicago and enjoys spending time with his family, especially his three children. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and is a big football and baseball fan.
