Christiana serves as a Consultant at McDermott + Bull Canada, based in Vancouver, BC. She is responsible for developing strong candidate relationships on behalf of the firm’s practice leaders, owning the executive-level candidate development process from start to finish. This includes identifying and engaging top talent, presenting and communicating the value of prospective opportunities, and qualifying executive-level candidates.
She brings over 5 years of executive search experience and has conducted searches across North America in a variety of industries. Prior to executive search, she worked at a business conglomerate under their retail division, where she supported the operations and openings of various retail spaces across Canada.
Christiana holds a bachelor of arts in communications from Carleton University and an advanced diploma in journalism from Humber College.
