Cindy Gomez

Cindy serves as a Research Associate for McDermott + Bull, where she performs comprehensive research to ensure the placement of game-changing executives that align with clients’ cultures and needs. She is responsible for identifying top talent, maintaining correspondence with candidates, and managing data on behalf of the firm.
Prior to joining the firm, Cindy served as an Executive Search and Assessment Professional for Russell Reynolds. While there, she conducted searches in a multitude of industries including healthcare, consumer brands, and technology.
Cindy received her bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Paul Quinn College where she was class valedictorian and captain of the women’s soccer team. In 2018, she was a national soccer champion, and she is still a soccer fanatic.
