Jennifer Ness

Jennifer serves as a Consultant at McDermott + Bull with over five years of executive search experience. Located in Calgary, Alberta, Jennifer is responsible for developing strong candidate relationships on behalf of the Principals, Partners, and Researchers by owning the executive-level candidate development process from end-to-end. This process includes identifying and engaging top talent, presenting and communicating the value of prospective opportunities, and qualifying executive-level candidates.
Prior to joining the executive search industry, Jennifer spent the earlier years of her career in project management, where she worked for a global law firm supporting technology-related projects.
Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Lethbridge, supplemented by an Energy Asset Management diploma through the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
